Sexual relations within the family is the culmination of harmony and happiness, when sexual needs are not met within the family, it will affect the fragility harmony of family and sexual dissatisfaction will lead to discord and eventual divorce. Many factors can affect pregnant women do not have sexual intercourse. The study aim was to determine the dominant factors that influence sexual activity in pregnant women at health centers Bangkalan City. The research method is analytic with cross sectional design. Simple Random Sampling was used in technique sampling. The population is all pregnant women who come to the health center Bangkalan City with a total sample of 25 pregnant women. Independent variables are education, knowledge, attitude and gestation (gravida), while dependent variables is sexual activities. Questionnaires was used to collect data and then analyzed using logistic regression test. This research find most of pregnant women have secondary high school education (48%), are the first pregnancy (52%), have less knowledge (68%), have an attitude which does not support (68%) and sexual activity are not ideal (60%). Logistic regression test find p-value of education is 0.551, p-value of gravida is 0.039, p-value of knowledge is 0.354 and p-value of attitude is 0.544. The study concluded that sexual activity is influenced by how many the woman is pregnant, and the more the woman is pregnant the more experiences the women will have.
