The natural plants that exist in Bulagi very abundant a source of nutrients for people, especially children. One of its kind is Banggai yam as Dioscorea group. The research aim to modificating local complementary feeding from Banggai yam (Dioscorea alata) and to analize the containt of nutrition refer to minister of Health decision Number 224 of 2007 on the Technical Specifications Complementary Feeding. This type of research is research experiment with modifications Local Complementary feeding with Banggai Yam of flavors, textures and forms, and then to analysis the content of nutrients in Local Complementary Feeding from Banggai yam. Biscuit Complementary feeding Banggai yam (Dioscorea Alata) with the addition of mung bean flour and fish meal by comparatio 250 Banggai yam flour, 150 gr mung bean flour and 50 gr fish meal .flavors modivication result is sweet, tekstur result is chruncy and form result is star. In 100 grams of biscuits (4 pieces) contains 424 kcal energy, 8.56 g protein, 28.8 g fat, 34.4 g carbohydrate, 348 mcg Vitamin A, 2.2 mcg Vitamin E, 2.44 mg Vitamin E, Iron 2.24 mg, 1.21 mg Zinc. Complementary Feeding Banggai Yam is sweet taste, crhuncy and form like star, content of nutrients refer to minister of Health decision Number 224 of 2007 on the Technical Specifications Complementary Feeding .
